In 1996, upon realizing she was living in Texas, Michelle
Majewski made a beeline west: California. Unhappy with past lives at ad agencies,
where her bosses kept her too far removed from the clients for her tastes,
she struck out on her own and launched Mad Dog Design in late 1996. She spent
the early days of the agency doing what it took to attract clients, and doing
what she does best – working directly with them.
Mad Dog's hands-on service and attention to detail have made it
the design studio of choice for a growing, diverse client base of
high-tech, low-tech and no-tech companies. These fiercely intelligent
businesses know a good thing when they see it and rely on Mad Dog's
creativity and design expertise for projects large and small, including
logos, brochures, ads, direct mail, tradeshow graphics, event giveaways,
annual reports and web sites.
In addition to the human staff there is a furry contributor: Charlie "Bo
Barley", morale officer, resident power napper (is 20 hours
of sleep a day enough for any being, really?) for the gang and top
treat-sneaker. He's always in the office critiquing the projects
- a dog's work is never done!
Mad Dog Design Inc. is always looking for experienced freelance
graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters and HTML/Flash experts.
All interested parties should send a resume with pdfs or urls of
sample work and salary/hourly requirements to design@maddogdesign.com.
